NHS Optical Vouchers
We want to offer our customers the best service. To help us do that we are
now able to accept NHS optical vouchers.
To ensure that you receive the best service, please let us know the type and value of your voucher when you
place your Order in the normal way, following the online ordering process and we will charge you for the full
amount for the glasses that you choose.
Upon receipt of you glasses, you will need sign the declaration on the back
of the voucher form to say that you have received them and then send the
voucher form to us. Once we have received your completed form we will refund
to you the lesser of (i) the price of the voucher or (ii) the cost of the
glasses by crediting your debit/credit card.
Eyecare Vouchers
This operates in a similar way as NHS Vouchers - simply tell us when you place your order that you wish to use an Eyecare Voucher and follow the online order process.
Once you have ordered your glasses, simply send the Eyecare Voucher to us. Upon receipt of your voucher we will refund to you the lesser of (i) the price of the voucher or (ii) the cost of the glasses by crediting your debit/credit card.
