Frame Measurements   The best guide to frame measurement is to look at your current spectacles. The eye size in mm is typically in the range of 46 (small) to 56 (large). Bridge size will typically be in the range 16 to 22. Most average frames are between 18 and 20. Side length is normally 130 (short), 135 (medium) or 140 (long). These measurements can normally be found on the inside of the bridge or on the side of the frame.
